Everybody is talking about the approaching autumn. I refuse even to think of it. I haven’t had enough of summer. Not in the least. So I turn once again to the colour that defines this season: white. And Ralph Lauren’s collection, most of all to the the soft and feminine silhouettes to glide through these precious days of summer: breezy whites, hand-crocheted dresses, delicate floral pleats, rich accessories and intricate jewelry, spectacular silver high heels, aren’t those heels something to dream about? I’ve always had an affinity for Ralph Lauren, for his modern classic style he’s been perfecting for more than four decades.

I don’t want to think about autumn either, although today does feel like Fall, with the rain and clouds and need for comforting coffee on a sofa. And you are so right, darling – we haven’t had a proper summer yet to start planning autumn activities including fashions. Lets celebrate the summer or, at least, whatever is left of it.
Loving the photos here very much. Saved the bathroom in my inspirations file and also feel totally smitten by the beauty of that architectural gorgeous heel! Frankly, I’m pretty sure I’d like the front of those shoes, too.

I’m 50/50. I’m semi-looking forward to the oranges of Fall and semi-wanting to stay in the blue of Summer. This may have convinced me to bask in the simplicity of summer for a little longer..
